Due to the COVID-19 , production times with our various suppliers have been affected. Some are experiencing delays in production time, while others are limiting their inventory and services. We are working diligently to ensure the very best in quality products and customer experience for you. If there are any changes in the availability of products or the timetables on production time, we will be sure to notify you as soon as possible.
How the Ordering Process Works
Once you place an order with us, depending on the supplier, the average turnaround time is between 2-5 business days. Shipping average & delivery times vary between 3 and 10 business days. Each order comes with delivery tracking for your peace of mind.
If you are placing an order as a gift, present, or for a special event, it is advised you place your order at least 3 weeks before you'll need them.
