Due to the nature of the Just BE. business, returns must be processed immediately after your item is delivered. All shipments are tracked.

We kindly request that you try on your items immediately upon receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email. Items must be shipped back within 2-3 days after delivery. A refund will be processed upon the return of your item to our warehouse.  A 20% Restocking fee may be applied.
